Explain what you do for the company.

I am an inside sales associate in our North Naples showroom dealing with everyday homeowners and a long list of contractors and designers.

What do you love about your job?

I love the people – both my coworkers and clients. We have a great group in Naples that works well together and knows how to fun while still beating sales records. And I love the fact that I get to meet so many people day-to-day and build relationships. You meet all different walks of life and hear their stories, while also helping them create the dream shower!

What do you like to do for fun when you are not at work?

I am a wine lover so love to do some wine tastings, cook at home & host, or hanging out with family and friends. Anytime I get the chance, I love to travel!!

What is one thing you’ve learned/how have you grown as a result of working here?

Gosh, to only say one thing is hard. There’s so much I have learned here that has made me the person and salesperson I am today. I would say one of the most beneficial was the Master Class Course on how to negotiate. Of course it taught me how to be a better negotiate; however, the biggest thing it did was how to show empathy, talk to every type of person, and allow me to gain their trust.

How did you come to work for MY Shower Door?

Actually, my parents are neighbors with one of the owners, and someone who I had grown to know throughout the years. I was up in Ohio at school but my parents were in Florida and it was so difficult to find an internship by them. Internships aren’t typically paid either so finding one in a complete different area was tough since you’d have to pay rent. That’s when they had offered me an internship with MY Shower Door back in 2018 and ended up coming back to work full time!
